Cooperation

Within our Energy Transition services, we provide two flexible partnership models adapted to the investor’s needs and capabilities.

Investment agreement

Using its own technical expertise and financial resources, Veolia prepares the full project documentation, delivers the investment and operates the energy system on the Customer’s premises.
The solution is developed in line with the specific needs of the project and in close collaboration with the Customer.
Under a supply agreement, the Customer purchases heat, cooling or electricity from Veolia.
This approach minimises the Customer’s capital expenditure and transfers operational responsibility to an experienced partner.

Participation agreement

Veolia supports the Customer in selecting the optimal decentralised energy source and contributes to the cost of equipment acquisition.
Depending on the agreed model, Veolia may operate the system, while the installation itself can be leased to the Customer under defined financial terms. The Customer remains responsible for operating costs and for the purchase of electricity or gas fuel.
This model provides increased flexibility while retaining Veolia’s expert support.
