ABOUT THE COMPANY

Dr hab. Krzysztof Zamasz serves as Chief Commercial Officer, Vice-President and Member of the Management Board of the Veolia Group in Poland, as well as President of the Management Board of Veolia Energy Contracting Poland. He is responsible for the development of district heating systems and Veolia’s water and waste business lines in Poland.

Since July 2018, he has also served as a member of the management board of the European investment fund Luma Holding, a tin producer in Rwanda, and as CEO of LuNa Smelter, where he has been responsible for strategic exploration and mining projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. From 2017 to 2018, he sat on the management board of the Upper Silesian and Zagłębie Metropolitan Association. In the years 2013-2015, he served as President of Enea, one of Poland’s leading energy companies, having previously held the position of Vice-President of Tauron Polska Energia between 2008 and 2013. 

He is an Associate Professor at the Silesian University of Technology and WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza. He has authored more than 40 academic publications and research papers. His research interests focus on energy economics, energy and capacity markets, mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and logistics process management.

Rafał Domaszewski began his career in the energy sector as an analyst shortly after graduating with distinction from the Warsaw University of Technology. Alongside his rapid professional development, he continued his academic education at the University of Oslo, progressing from portfolio management roles through senior executive positions to becoming Commercial Board Member at Enea Trading. In 2011, he obtained a professional trader’s licence.

He joined Veolia Energy Contracting Poland in 2020 as Director of Portfolio Management and, since September 2022, has served as Member of the Management Board and Wholesale Energy Trading Director. 

His long-standing experience in the energy sector, combined with a strong academic foundation and practical trading expertise, allows him to play a central role in supervising the company’s key strategic operations.

Karolina Roszyk graduated in Finance and Banking and completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics of the Poznań University of Economics. Her expertise in financial markets is reflected in an academic publication devoted to the analysis of government bond yields and alternative forms of investment in Poland. Her paper, “Returns on Government Bonds and Other Forms of Investment in Poland in the Years 2000-2003”, was published in 2005 in the Scientific Journals of the Poznań University of Economics.

She has held a number of key positions within the Veolia Group over the years. As one of the architects of the Shared Services Centre within the Veolia Group, she specialised in tax compliance and tax advisory services, contributing substantially to the establishment of an effective tax management model for the Group’s Polish operations. She holds a certified tax adviser’s licence.

For more than five years, she has headed the finance and commercial risk area at Veolia Energy Contracting Poland. Since November 2025 has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of the Veolia Group in Poland. 

Tomasz Lender brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector. His expertise includes wholesale trading, portfolio management, electricity and gas sales, and the development of commercial strategies for large-scale organisations.

During his career, he has managed major departments responsible for B2B sales, hedging activities and trading operations across both Polish and international energy markets. He has played a leading role in the expansion of the Polish energy group into European commodity markets, the creation of central trading structures and the implementation of EU regulatory frameworks such as REMIT and EMIR. He has managed portfolios covering electricity, gas, heat and  CO₂, with responsibility for process optimisation.

He is a graduate of an Executive MBA programme and postgraduate studies in nuclear energy, the gas market and local energy markets. He also holds PRINCE2 Foundation and ICAN Institute Management certifications.

Since August 2025, he has served as Chief Commercial Director. Since November 2025, he has also held the position of Member of the Management Board of Veolia Energy Contracting Poland
