ABOUT THE COMPANY

Veolia Energy Contracting Poland (VECP) is a multi-energy company established to centralise the Group's expertise and experience in energy efficiency and transition. The company manages power, gas, and heat sales, the off-take of green energy, as well as fuel procurement and logistics (coal and biomass) for Veolia Group entities. Our offices are situated in Warsaw, Poznań and Łódź.

A single, comprehensive trading hub for power, gas, fuels, and derivatives.

The company was established in 2020 as a robust, multi-energy response to market demands. We have combined the finest expertise within the Veolia Group to launch large-scale sales operations for end consumers.

From the very outset, we secured major contracts, including a 600 GWh agreement with PKP PLK. Acquiring a client of such calibre as the City of Gdańsk sent a clear signal to the market:

we are here to set new standards.

In 2021, we entered the Polish Power Exchange (TGE) and were awarded the Platinum Megawatt for our market debut. Today, we operate in Germany, Lithuania, and Ukraine. Securing an international gas trading licence has opened the doors to global markets
