Connection to the Veolia District Heating Network

Who can apply for connection to the network?
The following entities may apply for connection to the district heating network:
Legal entities (including commercial companies and housing cooperatives)
Individuals
Residential communities
Local government units and other organisational units without legal personality
To submit an application, you must have a legal title to the property or facility, for example:
a proof ownership,
a tenancy agreement,
a lease agreement.

For rented or leased properties
Where the property is rented or leased, the property owner’s consent is required for:
- the right to use the property for construction works,
- the construction of the district heating connection,
- the establishment of transmission easement rights for the connection owned by Veolia.
If the tenancy or lease agreement does not cover these matters, a separate declaration from the property owner will be required to confirm consent for the activities necessary to complete the connection to the district heating network.

5. Conclusion of the Connection Agreement
An agreement is signed on the basis of the issued Connection Conditions.
6. Execution of the investment
Construction of the connection in accordance with the agreed scope.
7. Conclusion of the heat supply contract
Commencement of heat supply from the district heating network.
